The aim of the Digital Discovery grant is to incentivise and support companies to develop a strategic roadmap for their digital transition. This should encompass a review of existing systems, processes and capabilities and an exploration of new opportunities in an increasingly digital world.
Grant support is provided for external consultancy costs to help a company to develop a digital strategy, typically over an 8-to-12-week period.

Strategic Consultancy Grant (support for SMEs & Large clients, grant rate of 50%)
SME company: Eligible projects must be new assignments of strategic significance to the company such as a specific strategic review of one or more business functions and/or implementation of a new strategic initiative at a corporate or functional level.
Large company: Eligible projects must be to develop an organisational carbon reduction roadmap. Large companies are not eligible for other strategic assignments under Strategic Consultancy Grant.
Strategic Consultancy Grant – Short Projects (support for HPSU, SME & Large clients, projects between 3-10 days in duration, grant rate of 80%)
Eligible projects must relate to:
(a) an Identified pillar issue and/or action arising from a Client Development Meeting or
(b) Achieving Gender Balanced teams (actions arising from www.levelproject.ie)
The aim of the Digital Process Innovation offer is to incentivise and support companies to invest in the implementation of new or significantly improved digital production methods, digital service delivery or organisational methods that will increase their operational effectiveness, leading to greater productivity and competitiveness.
Under Ireland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) (2021-2026), projects supporting the digital and climate transition of enterprise are being funded through the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility. This offer covers projects that will support the digital transition of the company, driving increased adoption and diffusion of digital technology or projects that will accelerate decarbonisation of the enterprise sector.
An eligible Digital Process Innovation project will involve implementing a new way of working for the company that leads to an increase of the company’s operations in:

Dependibility
Flexibility
This includes significant changes in techniques, equipment and/or software.
The project must be innovative and involve some risk of failure and must not be focused on routine operational changes or responding to changes in regulation
