Driving Digital and Validation Excellence Across Pharma and MedTech in 2025
At Dataworks, 2025 has been a year of innovation and measurable impact. Our teams across Validation, Software Development, and Digital Operational Excellence have continued to deliver transformative solutions for our Pharma and MedTech customers. From advancing Data Integrity to driving Digital Transformation, we’ve focused on helping clients streamline operations, ensure compliance, and embrace smarter ways of working.
Validation
Our Validation team continues to deliver critical Validation and Data Integrity projects for our customers. We’ve provided both on-site and off-site resources across QC Labs, R&D, and Manufacturing as the validation partner for several of our Medical Device and Pharma clients. Another highlight of 2025 was the adoption of the CSA (Computer Software Assurance) approach to validation on multiple projects—delivering real savings and improved efficiency for our customers.
Software Development
Our Development team implemented a number of innovative solutions this year to help customers improve and digitize manufacturing processes. One such solution was an app designed to digitize scheduling for repeatable tasks performed by teams in manufacturing and support functions—ensuring timely completion of activities and reducing changeover times. It’s also being leveraged to support Leader Standard Work. Our team continues to integrate AI within our development lifecycle, driving efficiency and quality improvements across all projects.
Digital Operational Excellence
Our Managed Services team had a busy and rewarding year implementing solutions through our OpExWorks platform and Power Platform technologies. We delivered several apps to clients, including solutions for Sales Order Processing, Equipment Calibration, and live KPI tracking dashboards. In addition, we rolled out our unique training program to upskill client teams in AI, productivity tools, and digital collaboration—helping functions save time, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate their site’s overall Digital Maturity Level.
