Tommy is a graduate of W.I.T and has over 13 years experience as a software engineer. Working in Europe, US and now Ireland, Tommy has gained experience in a number of areas.

He has several years experience in configuring and validation of market leading historians in the Pharma sector along with integration of critical control systems.

ICONICS  software & Microsoft Development technologies are Tommy's areas of expertise.

Increasing use of technology has led to a growing requirement to provide more specialist technical support. 

Tommy is a leading member of our technical support team.

Tony has been working in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years and joined the team at Dataworks in 2010.

Support specialists must deal with users of all levels of experience .

The team must convey the issues and solutions in terminology understood by the end user, a skill that Tony has in abundance.

Tony has played a leading role in configuration on a number of large MES projects, as well as playing a lead support role during validation and installation.

Ping has worked with Dataworks since 2008 and has a BSc in Computer Science from FuZhou University, Fujian Province, Southern China along with a City & Guilds Diploma in Software Development .

She provides development and end-user application support which cultivates positive working relationships with customers. 

Ping is expert in VB.NET and ASP.NET.
