Why did Dataworks Partner with ICONICS?

Dataworks were working more and more on projects where IT and Engineering were converging. We needed to expand our toolkit and technology platform to address the opportunities in the areas of Manufacturing Intelligence, Real-time performance monitoring and Integrating Shop Floor and Top Floor. We were looking for a partner who would complement our skill sets and expertise.

ICONICS was the perfect match. As a Microsoft house ourselves, the technologies that ICONICS use and leverage in their own products are technologies we are also using. More importantly they are ahead of the curve in the adoption of these technologies.

Our strategy is to apply leading technologies in solutions which drive change and improvements in our customers organisations, so again, this early adoption is something which compliments what we offer, and how we operate internally within our Technology Team and our Innovation Team. From being partners of ICONICS in 2006, we established Dataworks sister company ICONICS Ireland in 2009 to leverage their business, marketing and technical capabilities and offer more to our target markets.

While ICONICS globally operate in many verticals, Dataworks is focusing on the Medical Device, Food and Drinks and the Secondary Pharma sector. We use the flagship Genesis product and the Productivity AnalytiX suites to deliver solutions to our clients in the MES and Energy areas.
